Convenient location next to metro station, comfortable beds, clean rooms, helpful English-speaking staff, variety in breakfast.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel is located in about 200 meters from subway station. 2 subway stations from the center of the city.
The rooms are dirty, towels and bedclothes are grey and dirty. Internet didn't work. Hotel staff didn't speak English.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is excellent, with the metro line 1 station just across the street, making it easy to explore the city center. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with decent facilities and a spacious bathroom with a nice glass shower. Breakfast, though limited for foreigners, includes at least some international options with European elements.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Close to Shanghai City Centre.
The room was still being painted and equipment was left in the room, not packed away, tradespeople hadn't cleaned up their mess, the door to the room was left open, toilet didn't flush, heating didn't warm up the whole room, bathroom was full of mould.

The hotel has a very convenient location right next to the subway station and close to public transport, as mentioned by several reviews. the rooms are reported to be spacious and clean with a good bathroom.
There have been some negative comments about the quality of service, with some staff members being rude and unhelpful when it comes to English reservations or requests.

We booked Business double room. It was acceptable. Good location. The room was with huge window wall between room and bathroom.
Staff on reception of this hotel is stupid and non-professional. We were required double price when we arrived. Then I shown printed booking list with fixed pricing (the total pricing for 3 nights was 167 dollars plus 15% that was equal 1300 RMB. We were required 2500 RMB). When young lady on reception understood that made mistake she declared that 1200 RMB is deposit. We refused to paid so huge deposit. Then she told that she cannot check in us. We asked to call to hotel administrator. She replied that he is on vacation (it was Sunday). After 10 minutes other lady came, checked files and asked us to give 200 RMB deposit. We agreed but the stress was very strong. We filled that hotel tried to deceive us.

Quiet location, not far from the center, nice staff, a standard but a good breakfast for a small hotel.
When you check out staff believed in yuan for unknown rate and added 15% - it is a bit tainted impression, it is important to know the right price when booking.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and had comfortable beds, along with a spacious bathroom. the hotel provided free wifi, which was useful for planning our daily activities.
The room was noisy due to a construction site nearby, which made it difficult to sleep in during the mornings. there were not many dining options near the hotel, requiring us to travel a bit for meals.

Simply awful. A run down place. The first room was literally filthy, broken basin, rusty shower, scotch tape to hold together cables, old, broken furniture... and everything was shaking as the subway was passing under my bed! They moved me to the last floor. At least the room was a little better. Yet, the paint was flaking because of a leak between the window and the bathtub. The fire sprinkler was held together with scotch tape. Then, if you don't speak Chinese, you are on your own. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely insufficient. Not worthy one star

Excellent location. Metro station is right in front of the hotel. And it is only two stations far from main sightseeing streets. Good cleanliness. My room is in good condition and clean. Nice design. Excellent value for money! Good security. The lift require room card to access. No strangers can go upstairs. Hotel provide special offers for customers from Booked.net. Such as free breakfast.
There is a school nearby, they open loud speakers about 8-9am, a little bit disturbing if you are not wake up early.
